I removed my worlds...

No matter how much I help people, no matter how many times I edit my worlds for people to play, no matter how I ask for people not to open my worlds- that I give the CAW files for people to learn and play...
Still, still people think it\'s okay to open my world to \"fix\" one thing which bugs them about it.
I saw my world named on modthesims for a person trying to open it and was rather ticked.
I asked they change the name of the topic to shows it\'s not just opening EA worlds but anyones worlds. That they would ask people not to name the worlds they are opening so we could all live in ignorant bliss of Hope, and.. something else- rather simple it would have been to show just a smig of tact and courtesy to world builders...
I was shown the EULA by simsample. I was told I had no rights and once they\'re uploaded they don\'t belong to me.
I showed them the EULA for messing with EA\'s codes.
Told I was calling everyone a thief and criminal. . . they said that, not I. I had always enjoyed MTS and learning how to make the game better.
Well, I have been told - again, more times then I care to count- that I have no say- but I do. I choose not to share.
Simsample has deleted all the topics... hiding behind their power. I understand I am persona non grata in a lot of circles now. I understand that I won\'t upload a world through the Launcher.
EA lets people modify, edit, use, and reupload anything which was shared on their site through the launcher- but the game doesn\'t give the ability to open a packaged world like we can modify a lot or Sim nor re-upload them. There\'s the rub... They have to have a 3rd party program to do that.
So, no I lost the joy and the fun of sharing. I loved helping, sharing CAW lite files for people to actually Learn to use CAW- not as Simsample and mts crew think learning to use CAW is opening a world.
So, I am done with my pitiful attempts to have fun with this game. No more sharing... unless I can hold them to the EULA without uploading through the Launcher- with my own site.
My thoughts are that I don\'t have the resources to do it. =]

Is on a Test Run. I hope it works right the first time and yet I\'ll be realistic~ not one world worked the first time for me. :lol:

Gwah... I\'m being a mule today. The whole of last week has taken it\'s toll on me and now it seems nothing is going right. Or maybe will ever go right again so I\'m not as nice as I normally am.
I would never normally just toss someones smugness back at them. I so despise smugness.
I should just toss up my hands and walk away. I would if I didn\'t give a ding-a-di-ping about it but I have enjoyed the time I spent here.
Yet the need to move on is getting so strong. A Military brat must move on or get sour... or is it me- I\'m sour grapes?
