The Sims 4- Houses

Hi :D
I want to say that to me, house building hasn't been dumb-ed down. It hasn't been made to where it's about placing blocks or plopping down pre-made rooms.
From what I got to see, it won't be easier to make a fabulous and majestic house then it is now. If you're not a great builder like the Awesome builders in the Creative Corner, then it will actually help. Being able to move rooms into rooms or up to the next floor cause you want to extend the living room- now that's fun!
I've always hated having to extend a house- to move the cabinets and counters, to delete the stairs cause they're in the way.... To redo the roof be cause we can't pull them bigger...We will be able to do that in TS4.
It'll be easier to make a basic house and to learn, but it will still take creativity and imagination to make those fabulous houses we all love to download. :D
Just wondering, too.... how will we be downloading in TS4? O.O
