Ursula is the eldest child of Lady Shyra Dayne & her husband Prince Velarion Targaryen. Ursula is heir apparent to Starfall, to which she both is excited for but at the same time saddened as she wishes not to loose her mother in order to become a ruling women. A sad fact of the world she lives in. Ursula is a charming and brave women, she most recently was the host for a tourney in Starfall and met many worthy suiters. Her mother often asks who she will pick, to which Ursula is unsure.
