Lever is a 1000 year old castle, It has had two families in it history. The Newland bulid it to ward of the Horse'o family who wanted to take over the land and use it for reason that can not be put in an history book. The Newlands owned it for 600 years , until the last Newland died and then the Romney family took over, who were distance cousins. They love this castle, it name comes from an invention to lever up the stone.
