(I placed 4 savvy registers, you can choose what you sell, or delete them). The Simbucks Coffee House is on the corner, sells coffee, pastries and has a bakers oven but is NOT a Bakery. The Comic Central store is on the far end, nerdy sims just love to come here ! (Located on the corner of Sandbar and Seagrass, Beach City behind Diamond Backs)
