Renovated Grandpa's Grove - NO CC

No other store content used. If you have the Grandpa's Grove store content you are good to go! I have added a 3rd bedroom, 3rd bathroom, planted the orange trees it comes with so you have more than just the apple trees. Concentrated the track so it doesn't go around the house anymore, and tested it for functionality. Dressed up the pond a bit, too. If you have the Showtime EP you'll find some banana trees as well, if not, no biggie. Love this lot just needed tweaking I felt ;) If you also have
