This house is a re-model of the EA designed house on 550 Riverview Road. The Biscuits wanted their house turned into a 4 bedroom B'n'B and the garage converted into living space for under $275, 000 total. The main B'n'B is decorated to a high standard, mixing traditional home comfort with modern technology. Furnished: $187, 909. Unfurnished: $115, 547.
