Daphne is the crazy cat lady you REALLY don't want living next door to you. In fact there might be any number of sims you'd rather have as your neighbor. Like the fire chief's firebug kid, or the lady with the perpetual sticky fingers. If by some horribly askew chance Daphne does become your neighbor, well, good luck but I won't be visiting you any longer. (Note found in the pocket of a sim who claimed giant pink bunnies were his only friends.) By iamthetv
