In the heart of Oakland, California, the original Wm. Townsend warehouse, built in 1919, housed multiple small retail businesses. The stone building was converted into two large townhome units 10 years ago. Both homes feature 4 BR / 2.5 BA plus laundry. Each include small city patios,,BBQ porches, fireplaces & one dedicated parking space. The Master BR plus den is on the 2nd level while the 3rd floor houses the children's quarters. Both units are fully furnished & ready to move into.
