Good vs. Evil Showcase - The Good House of Good

Do you love the environment? Do you wish for world peace? Do you always give Evil Eddie millions of dollars because you can't say no to anyone, even him? Then this is the place for you! A little haven with tonnes of trees and a beautiful pond. The house itself is quaint with two bedrooms, one bath, and is fairly open concept. It is also almost affordable for the honest sims who doesn't cheat through life (between 30-40,000), unless you give too much money away. Feel good about being good today!
