A replica of my friend's house in Holland. In real life there are identical houses adjoining either side but this is just the one, tri-level, 3 bedroom, multi bathroom house furnished just like my friend's. There is no such thing as a Dutch house without a spiral staircase so I have used a custom one here but it is fully tested and has caused no problems in other houses. Otherwise, no custom content and works with base game. Check out my studio for other unique houses.
