This is a Dragon/Horse hybrid known as a Dragest. This is a member of the wingless 'Saurian' variation known as Dragestminor. This variant tends to be less agressive and untrusting, so therfor can be tamed. These horses sport a number of dragon like features including: reptilian eyes, scales from head to toe, and a thick tail that ends in a spade. They tend to be fast and are always agile. They are more often seen with their feet off the ground than on it, as it's the closest they come to flying
