It's a small house, three stories high, rather unpretentious. Yellow, blue and white are basically all the colors used for walls, furniture, etc. There is no landscaping on the property because it was built to be placed in a large, overpopulated city where the cost of land is quite expensive. It was designed by a lovely, quite attractive older woman who loves the architecture of New Orleans, and the old town houses that can be found in neighborhoods such as Park Slope in Brooklyn, NYC.
