the fortress is divided into three floors. On the ground floor there are four rooms for criminals , a room for the prison guard , a waiting room and the criminal's dining room 1. On the first floor there are eight rooms for criminals , two torture rooms and the dining room 2. the same goes for the third floor. Also there is a basement prison for extremely punished sims. the prison also has a countryard.Nobody can escape the fortress.
